Four Seasons Smoothie

There are everyone’s favourite fruits, berries and vegetables in each season for us. I’ve combined my most favourite components into four healthy smoothies, that I enjoy now – from winter through spring and summer into autumn. Hope you will too.

I included a shot of a spirit in the recipe as an optional ingredient, in case you need a healthy cocktail for a party!

Four  Seasons Smoothie Cocktail

1/3 cup sprouted mung beans (55 g)
1 cup papaya (150 g)
1/2 cup vegan yoghurt
1/2 cup filtered water
1 tbsp plant protein (hemp, pea, or rice)
1/2 cup blueberries, or any other seasonal berries
1/2 large mango  100g
1/2 cup coconut milk
1/2 cup ice
1.5 tsp chia seeds
1.5 cup watermelon pieces (250 g)
1/2 tsp freshly grated ginger (or to taste)
1/2 cup warm water+1 tsp Psyllium Husk
1/3 tsp vegemite
Mix the water, Psyllium Husk and vegemite first before making a smoothie.

1/2 ripe avocado
1 small grapefruit
1 cup vegan milk
2 tsp ground linseed
