Keto Scones that are scientifically tested, they will not get you off ketosis!
You can make them sweet or savoury, see the recipe below. If you are in a hurry for a snack and don’t really care for the golden colour , microwave one in a ramekin for 20 seconds!

Keto Scones.
Ingredients:
2 eggs
1/3 cup any plain yoghurt
1 tsp vanilla extract (no sugar)
1 tsp ACV Acid
1/2 tsp Bi-Carb soda
Dry:
1+1/4 cup Almond flour
1/4 cup Psyllium Husk
1/2 tsp table salt
Optional: 1 or 2 tbsp Erythritol
* a muffin silicone tray for 8 small-medium muffins or small ramekins
Method:
- Preheat oven to 180C/356F.
- Beat the eggs well until thick and pale.
- Mix all dry ingredients in the dry bowl.
- Combine soda and vinegar, then mix with yoghurt and oil
- Mix all ingredients and divide between eight forms. Put the tray into the oven and bake for 20 minutes or until the scones are golden brown. Serve with cream, butter or ghee.
