Turmeric Latte
Ingredients:
150ml / 5oz vegan barista milk
90ml / 3oz boiling water
1/2 tsp turmeric
a pinch of finely ground black pepper
1 tbsp Dandelion root powder, or 1 teabag
Method:
- If a dandelion tea bag is used instead of the powder, make a strong dandelion tea using about 90ml / 3oz of boiling water.
- Mix milk, turmeric, pepper and Dandelion root powder. Using an electric milk frother, froth the milk with the additives as per your normal process.
- Add the dandelion tea or boiling water the frothed milk, mix and serve.
