Turmeric Latte

Turmeric Latte

Ingredients:

150ml / 5oz vegan barista milk

90ml / 3oz boiling water

1/2 tsp turmeric

a pinch of finely ground black pepper

1 tbsp Dandelion root powder, or 1 teabag

Method:

  1. If a dandelion tea bag is used instead of the powder, make a strong dandelion tea using about 90ml / 3oz of boiling water.
  2. Mix milk, turmeric, pepper and Dandelion root powder. Using an electric milk frother, froth the milk with the additives as per your normal process.
  3. Add the dandelion tea or boiling water the frothed milk, mix and serve.
